Grace is the Director of Clinical Development at Lake Cook Behavioral Health. She is passionate about advancing the field of psychotherapy through training, program leadership, and community-building initiatives, while remaining dedicated to providing high-quality clinical care. Grace is deeply committed to walking alongside individuals as they navigate challenges that interfere with daily functioning and overall mental well-being, including anxiety, depression, difficulties with emotional regulation, trauma, and other concerns. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families.

She utilizes a client-centered, insight-oriented, and strength-based approach to therapy, drawing from a range of modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Play Therapy, Theraplay, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). She offers warmth, compassion, and deep attunement in her therapeutic relationships, empowering clients to lead meaningful, purpose-driven lives anchored in their values.

Grace is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC), and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor (CCMHC). She is also a Registered Play Therapist (RPT) with the Association for Play Therapy. She earned an MS in Clinical Counseling from Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine and holds a Professional Educator’s Endorsement in School Counseling from Northern Illinois University.
