Chris Sally LPC
Chris provides psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and couples. He utilizes a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, and Strength Based work. Working with individuals and couples he also focused on Family Systems and Existential issues -"Asking for help and seeking out a therapist can be difficult, but you are taking an important first step towards feeling better." I believe that healing is a deeply personal and collaborative journey. I see my role as one that does not provide all the answers, but rather one where I walk alongside you in self-discovery as we explore the path to greater understanding and well-being. I approach therapy with the belief that each person is the expert of their own life, and my job is to offer support, tools, and insights that help foster a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and fulfillment in life. I commonly work with people struggling with symptoms of depression, anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, family conflict, and substance use disorders. The therapeutic process is a deeply personal and collaborative journey and he will strive to build a non-judgmental space that fosters self-discovery while exploring the path to greater understanding and well-being. Please feel free to reach out to me!
