Lake-Cook Behavioral Health Resources provides accessible, quality and professional services to adults, children and families. Our staff of more than 20 is available days, evenings and weekends to better serve those in need. Lake-Cook staff members work to help people cope with their problems and reinvigorate their lives.
For Adults
In today's fast-paced world, people tend to put everyone's needs ahead of their own. Yet the stresses and strains of life can become overwhelming, making you feel that you're running on empty and have nothing left to give. That's why we put your needs first.
Our therapists can help you better understand your problems and teach you new coping techniques and interpersonal skills.

That is why we provide individual services to children, counseling for parents and therapy for families.
